Helping you identify your main purpose in life is my goal as your coach. I guide you towards achieving clarity in your abilities and determining your goal, whether it is a career, an occupation, or a personal calling.

Usually, people contact coaches for two reasons: you know your goals, but you have difficulties in achieving them, or you do not know what you want yet, but you know for sure that you no longer want to stay where you are now.

Maybe you just graduated from college, or you are facing great changes in your life, having trouble with time management, or suffering from low performance. Whatever challenges you face, I am here to help you. We will determine your goals, draw up a plan and gradually implement it.

Even though career and work are an important part of your life, they are still only parts of it.
That is why you need to choose your occupation in the context of your own world.

We need to determine what you like to do and how you like to do it, gradually implementing it into your life
in a way that will satisfy your personal needs and affect your well-being positively.

Determining the work that you like and that benefits the world is what we strive for. We will understand your passion, your skills and abilities, and a profession that will light a fire within you. And if you do not have the skills to get the work done, we will figure out how you can acquire them.

In my practice, I use many of the latest and statistically validated tools and tests that help people get to know themselves better, as well as their skills and strengths. These tools include the MAPP (Motivational Appraisal Personal Potential), the EQ-i 2.0 and 360, the StrengthsFinder, and many more.

I help my clients understand their purpose, which can provide them with fulfillment in their personal, professional and financial areas of life. I help them in understanding their mission and what they want to do – consequently, getting paid for it!

Help in Writing Resumes and Cover Letters

Of course, I always read cover letters that people send me from time to time, and I am always glad to help write them. However, I am a strategic partner, not an implementation partner, so writing resumes and cover letters is not my core focal area.

Whether you need help managing your LinkedIn account or writing a resume or cover letter, I have colleagues who can help you with that. I will recommend to you specialists whom my clients know and whom they are satisfied with.

Reframing and Networking as a Contribution to Your Life

I highly recommend leveraging your social and professional networks in searching for new roles is a great solution. There is nothing quite like meeting and communicating with people you know to help you find that next great opportunity. Networking is both an art and a skill, and can be daunting, so we will work with you to get comfortable with It by reframing, interviewing, advocating your rights and asking for help from people.

Learning how to better network is both empowering and can yield great results.
