About

I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, a Wellness and Positive Psychology Coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I bring to my coaching practice an extensive background and in-depth knowledge of the corporate business world, specifically within the professional services arena, IT, and management consulting, combined with my background in positive psychology and program management. I work with individuals and teams across a wide spectrum of areas including, but not limited to, professional development, performance improvement, emotional intelligence, and intentional development. My unique background also allows me to facilitate team and leadership empowerment, thereby contributing to organizational success.

In coaching, I enjoy the best of all worlds, one where I am able to combine my keen love of working with individuals and enhancing team performance, along with my psychology and business backgrounds. I spend my days immersed in all things coaching, personal development, program leadership and leadership development, growth and health both through my work and my personal life – and I love it. I am passionate about helping others excel in their personal and professional lives and partnering with them as they thrive, their organizations thrive, and their worlds thrive.

What Doesn’t Excite Me about Coaching

Nothing. Coaching is dynamic and creative, focused on creating positive forward momentum. Coaching has the possibility of helping others transform in truly remarkable ways, leveraging a client’s ingenuity, strengths, passions, and competencies. I appreciate that the practice of coaching employs many skill sets, tools, and focal areas, including numerous assessments, approaches, modalities, delivery methods, and audiences. These can be leveraged in myriad ways, enabling the coach to be endlessly imaginative in her approach to working with others.

When I’m not Coaching

My husband and I share many interests together, including traveling, and almost always, we have 1, 2, or 3 trips planned at any given time. I enjoy spending time with my large family – all around the globe. I love entertaining with wonderful friends, walking, biking, or kayaking at the local lakes. Circuit training, biking, and vinyasa yoga are my all-time favorites, and I am perpetually trying to teach myself piano. I have been known to pick up an easel at any given time with a passion for the arts that I learned from my music-teacher mom, including theater and dance. I am always up for a great book or movie. And time with my son is most precious.
